For more than two decades, Jennifer has worked with brands including Verlasso salmon, Equator Coffees & Teas, and many more. She has worked within the sustainable food community for more than five years, creating relationships between the aquaculture community and with NGOs such as Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch. In 2014 alone, Jennifer made more than 75 televisions appearances, reaching 189 markets and nearly 40 million viewers. She has been recognized numerous times by the James Beard Foundation and the International Association of Culinary Professionals as one of our nation’s top culinary consultants, communicators and teachers. In addition, Jennifer has authored the best-selling Kitchen Coach cookbook series, Come See Sparks Fly and Sea Change cookbooks. Jennifer also has extensive experience working with grocery chains across the country, including Heinen’s, Andronico’s, Nuggets, Dierbergs, Central Market, Safeway, Whole Foods, Scolari’s, Warehouse Market and many more. From suburban to urban areas and large chains and specialty grocers, Jennifer has traveled across the country meeting with retailers to understand the uniqueness and individuality of each area and what consumers’ wants and needs are in each region. Coupled with her knowledge of individual cooking and buying habits, Jennifer has successfully created buying, programming and in-house promotions for many consumer brands and stores that have generated sales, increased brand awareness and grown market share.
Darrell Rodriguez has more than twenty years of experience as an interactive and entertainment media executive, Darrell Rodriguez brings an acumen for efficient, results-driven production and business strategies to some of the biggest creative enterprises in the video gaming industry. As president of LucasArts, Rodriguez spearheaded the growth of its Indiana Jones and Star Wars properties, cultivating titles like Star Wars: The Old Republic and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, the company’s most successful internally developed game launch in three decades. Prior to this, Rodriguez managed development and administration of titles within the Medal of Honor, Command & Conquer, SSX, NBA Street, FIFA Street and Marvel franchises as Chief Operating Officer of EA Los Angeles and Assistant Chief Operating Officer of EA Canada. He was the Chief Creative Officer at International Game Technology, the world’s largest creator of casino games, the CEO of Trendy Entertainment and is currently the CEO of CastAR a mixed reality company.

At RTM, we are dedicated to philanthropic causes across the United States. We continue to lend our name, likeness and time to raise millions of dollars in the state of Nevada and beyond. We are happy to discuss each one of these roles in more detail. In addition to the board positions, we have played a significant part in the planning and execution of fundraising events. These events, ranging from eight people to 800, have contributed significantly to the charities listed below. In addition, many of these organizations have utilized our media talents as their spokespeople. RTM has appeared on national shows such as the CBS Early Show, local media in top markets, spoken in front of business groups, filmed commercials, capital campaign videos, and much more on behalf of the nonprofits that you see below.

In 2015, a select group of charities received a donation of dinner for eight with Jennifer Bushman. The dinners are sold during the live auction portion of an event. In 2009, six dinners raised nearly $90,000 for local Northern Nevada Charities. To date, these dinners have generate nearly a million dollars for the following charities:
